^It's one of the older lost episode style creepypastas. The difference is this one was real and it actually aired. I remembered it vaguely when the story first showed up and it had an IMDB page but people go to a lot of trouble to be convincing with their pastas. Looks like this one finally paid off.
Ohhh okay :) thanks, i think i remember seeing part of it on tv, but I was 7 or 8, so I don't really remember it :P that's cool that its real though. How creepy is it? :o
I'll level with you, after the sheer quantity of freaky and unnerving horror movies and stories I've viewed, made for TV Nick movies don't really do it for me. It was mainly pulled because of adult subject matter surrounding the horror rather than the horror itself (which is why Are You Afraid of the Dark was allowed on the air but not this). Overall, it is somewhat unnerving but nowhere near as much as I remember and not even close to what the pasta makes it out to be. It's just creepy that it finally surfaced. I just think it might have been scarier had it stayed lost, a distant memory in our minds' eyes to keep those new to creepy pasta calling "troll" when we reminisce about it. Closure has been had though and I think a lot of people's nightmares involving things half remembered about this film have been put to rest (that is until Youtube removes it and it fades into obscurity, only to reemerge in another 11 years as a creepypasta)
^Thanks, anon. I still had it up in my browser and was going to grab a DVD for a screen capture and the browser had closed when I got back. Sounds like its own creepypasta... or Viacom was really serious about its copyright claim
Speaking of shows once thought to be mythical, does anyone else remember a kids' show from the 70s? I don't remember what it was called but it had this skeleton puppet.
I love watching old kids movies and shows, I always pick up on the subtle jokes they throw in them. Like when the old guy at the funeral home says "Come back anytime. It's dead here." I love it! And thank you for posting the link!
what is this? ive never heard of it
ReplyDeletenevermind, i remember reading a pasta on it, gonna watch it tonight

ReplyDeleteIt's available on some torrent websites, such as TPB. Easy to find, better quality than a YT rip-off, so just go !

ReplyDeleteWell, rutube doesn't really care about which kind of video you upload. I think it should be good, but you'd have to cut the film in several parts.
Yep, they have it on TPB and I'm sure it's the most-seeded torrent of the year!
ReplyDeleteLink?^
ReplyDeleteThis is per chance?:
